Shipping Information

If you are within the Continental U.S. the shipping rate is a flat rate. If your shipping cost is $12 or less I will issue you a shipping refund to the card that was used to make the purchase.

Priority Mail - USPS — $15 flat rate

International Shipping — available with a private payment link

Soul Sparks Training includes a physical product that will be shipped within 2 business days and takes 3-5 days typically. You will receive immediate access to the online training material that can be utilized prior to receiving your physical workbook and cards.

If you do not receive your email with access information please
1. Check your spam folders and promotions folders
2. email me after you have waited 2 full hours for delivery (sometimes those automations get weird)

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange you will need to email me directly to ensure that you will get a full refund.

To qualify for a full refund, including return shipping, the cards and workbook must be in their original condition. Used pages, missing cards, and other damage will not qualify for a refund.

If you want to exchange due to shipping damage please email me with a photo of the damage. In this case all shipping fees will be covered.
